The Buda Bandits are proud members of the Christian Federation of Police Officers – Police Athletics League (CFPO-PAL). CFPO-PAL is a nonprofit organization that provides youth football and cheer programs.

All Buda Bandit families and coaches are committed to the fun, camaraderie and excitement that football can provide for the youth in our community.  Buda Bandit Football & Cheer adheres to the rules of CFPO-PAL. We also place children in divisions based on size and age to ensure that the children are safe and playing against other children with similar stature. If you are not sure which division is best for your child do not worry - all players will be placed in the proper division to start the season.  

All Buda Bandits coaches adhere to the following coaching philosophy: 

·     Keep focused on our main objective: to provide our children with a positive experience in football or cheer.

·        Teach through positive reinforcement. 

·        Encourage that through hard work and the desire of not giving up, anything can be achieved. 

·        Motivate and challenge all of the children on a team. 

·        Involve parents of the children as much as possible.

·        Teach football & cheer fundamentals through Buda Bandits systems to enable a good foundation for future years.

·        Be competitive but fair, be aggressive but respectful, be tough but compassionate and maintain balance in your coaching.

·        Win or lose, keep it fun and help explain the lessons along the way.
